At Modest Heritage LLC, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom wall art that honors your service member’s legacy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, we’ve outlined our refund and return policy to ensure a smooth and fair process.

1. Returns and Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your wall art arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing ModestHeritage@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.

  • Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Refund or Replacement

  • Refund: If you choose a refund, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.

  • Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship a new piece as soon as possible.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please do so before we begin the mock-up process to avoid any fees.

Cancellation Without Fee

  • Timing: Cancellations made before we start the mock-up process will receive a full refund.

  • How to Cancel: Contact us at Modest Heritage@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Cancellation After Mock-Up Process Begins

  • Fee: If you cancel after we’ve started the mock-up process, a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the time and materials spent on your order.

  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

3. Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Initial Modifications

  • Revisions: You are entitled to up to two revisions on the artwork during the mock-up process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the complexity of the changes.

Modifications After Approval

  • Case-by-Case Basis: Once the final design has been approved and production has begun, modifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature and extent of the changes.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of our wall art, we do not
accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the design or product.

  • Custom Orders: Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product is damaged or defective.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation.

  • Replacements: Replacement orders will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 10 business days of approval.
